7 Singing Bowls Set

This Set Includes 7 singing bowls, 7cushions, 7 mallets and a case. Each singing bowl has a chakra symbol engraved. In Hinduism and Buddhism, chakras are focal points of energy, or prana, are the main energy centers of the body. In between these wheels are energy channels, which allow the energy to flow from one place to another. Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell used for healing and meditation. They vibrate and produce a harmonic tone when played. To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick in circular motion against the bowl's rim.
